Conn-Selmer uploads the entire instrument and accessories catalog into the system, complete with item numbers, UPC codes, descriptions, and pricing (based on UPC codes) and the dealer, using a dealer number, downloads the information directly off the servers. Each day, information is updated so each dealer has the most current pricing available. The new system automatically generates an email order and sends notification to Conn-Selmer of purchase orders.
